Genuine cases as per company policies will only be considered for Refunds.
In case of any incorrect delivery, please notify bunchesbaskets.fr immediately. If the customer wants to raise a complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide the image of product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Based on the nature of complaint Refund and Redelivery shall be processed. Any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website. Request you to contact us for a quick response. The company executives will call you back soon and may ask for some more details about the product or any defects therein for a clearer understanding of the issues.
Request you to please extend full cooperation and support to resolve the issues. Any wrong or defective goods in genuine cases will be reimbursed. In case of incorrect product delivery by our business, it will be either replaced or you will be reimbursed the price differential.
The refunds are not guaranteed by bunchesbaskets.fr in the following circumstances:
Cancellation of an order, if requested at least 24 hours before the planned delivery date; in such instances, bunchesbaskets.fr will give a full refund.
